Potty Training and More accepts payment by Paypal only at this time. Paying with Paypal is easy and secure. Just follow directions during checkout. It's fast and easy.
Cards accepted by Paypal are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When paying with Paypal, shipments must go to the address on the Paypal account and the address must be confirmed.
California residents will be charged sales tax of 8.25%.
Due to rampant fraud in some countries, we reserve the right to refuse orders from any country that we deem too risky to ship to. List will be provided upon request.
Shipping Policy
Potty Training and More ships via Fedex or UPS. We will ship your order the fastest and cheapest way possible.
We ship Monday through Friday during normal business hours, which are 8 :00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders generally ship within 48 hours after payment confirmation, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Shortly after your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation via email.
International customers are responsible for all tariffs, duties and taxes.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Potty Training and More. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please return your item to Potty Training and More for exchange or refund.
All items must have original tags attached and be in the original cartons and packaging and be in brand new condition.
If an item is deemed to be defective upon receipt and inspection by Potty Training and More, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange.
Obvious fraud will be treated as such.
Return Procedure
When making a return, please complete the return/exchange form included with your order and place it with the item you are returning. Please include your packing slip with your return. If you are making an exchange for a different item, Potty Training and More will credit the original shipping price, if applicable, to the new order.

We recommend using a shipping service that offers a tracking number. Potty Training and More is not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping, or that do not have an identifying packing slip attached.
Please allow 7 to 14 days after we receive the returned item for a credit to appear on your credit card or paypal account.
